Morrissey proven wrong

I usually never write about politics, but this is an exception. In the song "America is not the world" from 2004, Morrissey sings:

"In America, the land of the free, they said
And of opportunity
In a just and a truthful way
But where the president is never black, female or gay"

Well, that day has finally arrived so maybe cynics such as Morrissey and myself can hope for a better tomorrow. After all, it could not get any worse than W. Go Obama!
