Google Street View

It's been about a year since my latest post concerning Google Maps, but now it's time again. Google has recently updated Google Maps with a street view mode. Just drag a little yellow man along the streets and there will be street-level photographs for that spot. I just checked a few of my favourite diners in San Francisco, and they're still there!

For starters, have a look at the streets of New York, cross the Golden Gate bridge or drive down Ocean drive in Miami.

Unless you love maps, computers and San Francisco, as well as having a fair bit of spare time, the real question is what to do with this new feature? While you ponder that question, why not take a virtual stroll down California St, without the need to avoid real-life cable cars.
